Sharing is a great way to connect with others that have experienced similar situations. Listening to others experiences is a great way for you to continue in your healing process knowing there are others who share the same feelings. Sharing your own experience is also a great way to heal and possibly help someone else who may not be as far into their journey of losing a child. You can share in person or even on social media platforms. Locally, we have a pregnancy and infant loss support group that meets quarterly at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ID.
